Gwent features a Single Player, Story-Mode campaign. The events are related to those in The Witcher series, and provide a strategic commanding view of the land and the events within it. The player will have the opportunity to enjoy a story-based card game, where victory has impact on world events.
CD Projekt Red has stated that single player mode is very important to them and that they will provide a fleshed-out story that gives depth and enjoyment to lore enthusiasts.
